Join us for a real Ligurian Cooking Experience with our Chef Gabriella who will reveal to you the old recipes from her Genovese Family traditions.
After a warm welcome with Focaccia and a local artisanal wine you will have an informal lunch with Gabriella’s fresh Pasta al Pesto and then you will start the cooking class and learn how to prepare Mortar-made pesto sauce, and different types of fresh pasta.
You’ll also explore other local wines, taste different Italian extra-virgin olive oils and three different ageings of balsamic vinegar, finished off with a vanilla cream gelato.
You will also be given a dedicated recipe card to take home.

Local Chef will lead the cooking class Italian, English, Spanish or French speaking.
Area: this Ligurian Riviera Cooking Class will take place in the city center of Rapallo, a nice location very close to Genoa. You will prepare the best recipes in Ligurian tradition, carefully selected by renown chefs and daily by Genovese people.
Our Ligurian Riviera Pasta & Pesto cooking class is an all-round experience. We believe that the cooking class with tasting is successful when our guests test themselves cooking, learning, sharing their experiences and having fun. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule the class at another time or day.
