  • Pescaito frito: this is a mix of different kind of fish. Typically, they’re anchovies, acedias, hake, calamari and shrimps. They’re fried after being tarnished in flour. Once the fish is ready, salt and fresh lemon are added.
  • Jamón ibérico: you can’t miss the typical high-quality and tasteful ham. In alternative, you can taste a local cheese plate.
  • Flautitas de pollo with guacamole: these are dough rolls filled with chicken and garnished with guacamole, tomatoes, basil and sour cream.
  • Carne con tomate: here it is a perfectly cooked pork meat in delicious traditional tomato sauce.
  • Boquerones en vinagre: this is a delicious, delicate and sophisticated cold dish served with white bread. The anchovies are marinated in white wine vinegar.
  • Croquetas caseras de jamón: the ingredients of these delicious croquettes with a typical oval shape are the bechamel sauce – which is made with flour, butter, milk and nutmeg -, salt, pepper, onion, EVO olive oil, ham, eggs and bread crumbs. Then, they’re fried in hot oil.
  • Ice cream: you will eat a good ice cream with 2 balls, in cup or cone. You can choose the normal cone, wafer or chocolate cone. This is an homemade ice cream, produced by one of the most historical and traditional ice cream shop in Marbella.

Our Partners – We work with the small realities that we experience every day, the trusted baker, the restaurant or the market stall where we go every day to taste our traditional dishes. We collaborate with hundreds of family-run establishments and guarantee them an important and constant economic contribution while trying to preserve their tradition and authenticity

Our local food expert – They represent the added value of our tours and authentically convey their love for their city and local gastronomic traditions. We employ more than 150 carefully selected employees who are passionate about gastronomy: more than 70% of our resources are women and more than 50% are young people under 35.

Charities – in collaboration with the Oasis Association, Do Eat Better promotes the social integration of families in difficulty with young children.


With a donation, you can contribute concrete actions to support a child’s education and to support young parents in social and economic difficulties:

  • By covering the actual cost of a needy child’s attendance at the nursery for one year, contributing to the Adoption km 0 project.
